Dinner 2 is tonight with the Johansens... dinner will be more traditional... turkey, stuffing, etc.
Moderation, smart choices, Moderation, smart choices...
My dad is coming over on Tuesday to help me lay out a new laminate floor throughout the place. Aside from the painting, I have been busy ripping up the old floor, carpet, tile, carpet strips, and the perimeter trim that we are replacing.

It's interesting... I didn't turn on the TV for more that 2 hours for the entire two weeks she was gone... I guess my computer addiction is much stronger than I thought ;). The problem is, Liz likes the TV and all the shows that go along with the TV... I find myself getting consumed in those once in a while... *cough* maybe a couple hours per night.
Exercise, I get out of the house everyday - I'm going on 45-60 minute walks in the fresh air. I usually do this directly after work (2PM or so). I am also trying to get in the habit of doing calisthenics, push ups and sit ups.
Still want to get back to the gym...
Weight staying the same... trying to increase my walking, etc
The good news is, I haven't lost or gained any weight for months. I am sitting at a 235. I did buy some pants that have a 40" waist to be a bit more comfortable, but I have promised myself to get that down ASAP.
